Guests consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age. The Traveling Co reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals or anyone violating event safety standards.

Equipment & Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring the event space is suitable for mobile equipment setup and operation. Any intentional damage caused to equipment, property, or rental items during the event may result in additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

The Traveling Co shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, damages, or cancellations caused by weather conditions, venue restrictions, accidents, technical failures, third-party vendors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Participation in golf simulator activities and event entertainment is at the guest’s own risk.
